Uplink is Back!! Welcome to the UPLINK-2025 submission announcement. We are excited to announce that UPLINK-2025 will feature two editions this year:

• First Edition: June 15, 2025 (Submission deadline for first edition: April 2nd, 2025 )
• Second Edition: November 15, 2025

This year, we welcome both technical and non-technical articles following our submission guidelines (click here). Please also review the Copyright Guidelines and Conflict of Interest Form (click here). Articles must be submitted online via our Google Form ( or scan the QR code to access the submission portal). A Gmail account is required for submission. We are thrilled to introduce three awards in each publication category, along with a Mega Award, which will be presented during our AGM. UPLINK is published on-line two times a year and is the official publication of the IEEE Victorian Section.  It was first came out in June of 1986 and always aims to provide interesting and uptodate information for IEEE members in Victoria and Tasmania.
