The agenda of the meeting would be,

• Educate/inform the chapter chair/vice chair of their roles and responsibilities and provide guidance to keep their chapters active.
• Provide training on Vtools.
• Networking among the student chapters chairs and advisors.
• Networking with the IEEE PES Execom 2023.
• Understanding the needs/requirements of the student chapters.
• To finalize the PES Chapter calendar events for flagship programs.

Expectations from the student chapters,

• All chapters which were provided with Rs 10000/- advance in 2022,need to
  submit their expenditure report on the same.
• All chapters provide a detailed plan for the year 2023.
• Chapters can raise any concerns that they need to have addressed.
• Come with a potential PES flagship event to be handled by the student chapter with Financial support from the PES chapter.
