Registration Details

Author Registration:

In order for a paper to be published in IEEE Xplore, at least one of the authors from each paper must pay the full registration fee and present the paper. In accordance with the IEEE policy, any paper not covered by registration will be removed from the Technical Program.

Registration Information:

Please complete the following following six steps:

Step 1: Create a Camera-Ready copy of your paper by adding corrections recommended by reviewers and formatting your paper in IEEE format. The standard IEEE conference templates (MS Word/Latex) are available here: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

Please login to https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/User/Login?ReturnUrl=%2Ficest2023, to check the revisions suggested by reviewers.

NOTE: When producing the final submission, please follow important guidelines about paper format instructions. Limit your revisions to modifications addressing reviewers’ comments and minor amendments of format. No other major changes to the reviewed and accepted paper are permitted. The Technical Committee reserves the option to REJECT the accepted version of the paper if the modified version differs substantially from the version that was reviewed.

LENGTH: You are allowed a total of 6 pages (4 minimum) for your document. This is the maximum number of pages that will be accepted, including all figures, tables, and references. Any documents that exceed the 6 pages limit will be rejected.

Step 2: Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision. Create a IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion. Use 56843X for the Conference ID.

First-time users should do the following: Select the New Users – Click Here link.
Enter the following:
• 56843X for the Conference ID;
• Your email address;
• A password;
• Conference Title: 2023 IEEE International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering, Sciences and Technology (ICES&T)
• Full Name of Publication: 2023 IEEE International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering, Sciences and Technology (ICES&T)
• Conference Dates: 2023-01-09 – 2023-01-11
• Conference Location: Bahawalpur, PK
Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Step 3: Upload the IEEE Xplore®-compatible Camera-ready pdf file to the Microsoft CMT submission system by December 12, 2022 (Early Registration) and December 15, 2022 (Late Registration).

Step 4: In order for a paper to be published in IEEE Xplore, at least one of the authors from each paper must pay the full registration fee in the designated bank account and present the paper. In accordance with the IEEE policy, any paper not covered by registration will be removed from the Technical Program.

Step 5: Complete the registration form by providing information about the presenting author and details of bank deposit receipt.

Please register your paper by December 12, 2022 (Early Registration) and December 15, 2022 (Late Registration).

Please, note that the papers that are not registered will not be published by IEEE in conference proceeding book. At least one author for this paper should register to ensure publication in IEEE Xplore.

Step 6: Submit the IEEE eCopyright form through the online system.

Papers that are not presented at the conference will also be excluded from the official proceedings and will not appear on IEEE Xplore.
