2nd IEEE Hyderabad Nano Day, 22nd December 2022 (10 AM – 4 PM IST)
Organized by: IEEE NTC Hyderabad Chapter & IEEE Hyderabad Section
In Association with: SNIST – IEEE NTC Student Chapter & IEEE SNIST SB
IEEE NTC Hyderabad Section Chapter Presents the 2nd IEEE Hyderabad Nano Day at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology Hyderabad
“There’s Plenty of Room at the Bottom” – Richard Feynman
Ever wondered how the smallest of things makes a huge impact in the applications we use?
Here is a cordial invite to all of you to witness the happening in the domain of Nanotechnology in physical mode!
All enthusiasts are welcome to Join the full day Plenary Sessions to hear from Academic Experts and Industry Leaders.
Student Contest Alert:
Poster Presentation in the broad domains of Nanotechnology and its applications – Carry your own poster printed for display Poster Size: Preferably A3 Size or A4 Size. Please carry two to three clips for poster hanging though they may be available in the dedicated place. It can be an introductory or review items. Students who have earlier submitted posters as part of IEEE NTC HSC activities are also eligible to bring in the same posters for 2nd HND.
Radio Show Contest – Neuromorphic Computing and Quantum Computing, have you ever wondered discussing technical stuffs over a cup of coffee as if you discuss a movie plot, here is a chance to experience the new learning form introduced and evolved by IEEE NTC HSC for student learning.
It is a fun way of making students get acquainted with neuromorphic computing ,and its hand in future progress. Students in groups of 2-4 can host their own radio show, and send the audio clips of their show. This is open to all the students.
They can host their show through any of the virtual platforms, and can make an audio/ making video recording in mp3 or mp4 format. Their 25 minute show should cover history of Quantum / neuromorphic computing(brief),its development in IBM and Intel or other industries and govt. agnecies and its applications in AI,Defence or any other applications they could think of. There can be advertisements(preferably technical),fun-liners to make the show lively. Register the details in the link shared. Students who have earlier submitted the show as part of IEEE NTC HSC activities are also eligible to submit the same for 2nd HND.
Certificate of Merit and there is an opportunity to win prizes. Do Participate and make use of technical gathering and networking.
