IEEE PES Nepal Chapter

International Conference on Power System Technology (PowerCon) is an IEEE Power Engineering conference organized in Asia Pacific Region. This was jointly initiated by Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering and IEEE Power and Energy Society in 1998. The conference is a premier platform that brings together electrical engineers, researchers, academicians and practitioners from all over the world to disseminate their knowledge and findings for the advancement of the electrical power and energy sector.

PowerCon 2024 is 16th in its series and is jointly organized by IEEE Power and Energy Society and IEEE Power and Energy Society Nepal Chapter, and technically co-sponsored by Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering. The conference features plenary sessions, technical paper presentations, tutorial sessions and technical exhibitions. PowerCon 2024 is being organized at Kathmandu the capital city of Nepal, on November 4-6, 2024.
