The online workshop on “Introduction to Matlab” led by Harigovind Mohandas was conducted on 22nd June 2024, through Webex. This workshop was hosted by IEEE EdSoc SBC NITC in association with IEEE EdSoc Kerala Chapter. This online session aimed to provide participants with comprehensive insights into Matlab basics, data analysis, and visualization along with an introduction to Simulink.  The workshop aimed to equip participants with a solid foundation in Matlab and its primary tools. Attendees were introduced to Simulink for dynamic system modeling and engaged in hands-on exercises to gain practical experience. The event featured live demonstrations, showcasing how Matlab can be used to solve real-world problems.

With a total attendance of 274 participants, the workshop was well-received and successfully met its objectives. It provided a comprehensive introduction to Matlab, enabling participants to begin solving problems using the software. To acknowledge their participation, certificates will be provided to all students.
