IEEE Vizag Bay Section

1. Authors are invited to submit 4-6 page manuscript in double-column IEEE format which are relevant to the theme of the conference. The papers exceeding 6 pages will be subject to an additional US$ 100 fee/page. Papers exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted. Complete paper should be uploaded.  Authors submitted only Abstracts should upload full paper before the last date. Submissions with only abstracts will not be considered for review and will be rejected during the process.

2. Manuscripts must be written in English and follow the instructions from the following pages.

3. Only Electronic submission in PDF format will be accepted at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICISSGT2023
4. Change of Name of the author(s), Change in order of the author(s) names, Addition or Deletion of author(s) will not be entertained after the manuscript after the deadline of the submission.
5. In case you have a difficulty in filling the names of the authors or order of authors while in the process of submission, Please write a separate mail with the title of manuscript, complete author details in the order.   This will not be changed after the dead line of the submission.
6. There should be only one corresponding author and he/she should not change this e-mail id all through the conference process (from submission till appearance in IEEExplore, if selected). No correspondence for change of e-mail will be entertained.
7. The manuscript should not contain author name(s), affiliations, e-mail ids.  The specified space need to be blank. After the manuscript is accepted, the author names, affiliations, e-mail ids can be incorporated in the camera ready paper.
8. Any violations on the above will be removed from the proceedings of the conference and will not be sent to IEEExplore for consideration. All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by at least two/three experts and reviews will be returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference and register for conference. Submit only the original material where copyright of all parts is owned by the authors declared and which is not currently under review elsewhere in any form.

Camera Ready Submission Instructions (After the paper is accepted)

Generation of the PDF file and validation of the manuscript by IEEE PDF eXpress
Prior to submission, the final manuscript PDF file must be validated by IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure that it is IEEE Xplore-compliant.

• Go to IEEE PDF eXpress Website at https://www.pdf-express.org/.

  If you are a new user, select ‘New Users – Click here’ and enter the Conference ID (see below), your email address and choose a password. If you have used previously PDF eXpress you should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences.

  The conference ID is the following:

  • For papers of the main conference: Use conference ID: (Will be supplied soon)

• Once inside PDF eXpress you have two options:

  • Option 1 (Recommended) You can generate the PDF file from your source files (e.g. MS Word) and the generated PDF file will be IEEE Xplore-compliant. For executing this option, you have to select “Create New Title”, introduce the title of the paper, and then upload the source files. Once the file is converted, download it. This will be the final manuscript file that you will have to upload.

  • Option 2 You can validate a PDF file generated previously with any other tool. If you choose this option, please make sure that all the fonts are embedded, there are no bookmarks and no links (URLs). For executing this option, you have to select “Create New Title”, introduce the title of the paper, and then upload your PDF file. Once the status of the file indicates “PDF Passed PDF check; PDF is IEEE Xplore compatible”, download it from PDF eXpress. This will be the final manuscript file that you will have to upload.

1. Every paper accepted MUST be presented during the conference. Every paper accepted MUST have attached to it at least one registration at the Full IEEE Member/Non-IEEE Member rate.: A paper could be authored from IEEE-Members/Non-IEEE Members/Student Members. But one registration should be done with IEEE Member/Non-IEEE Member. Only single student author registration for a paper will not be accepted. Failure to do so will result in removal of your paper from the proceedings and will not be submitted to IEEExplore for consideration
2. All Papers accepted and presented will be submitted for consideration to publish in IEEExplore after fulfilling the IEEE standards and quality norms.
3. With one Full Registration maximum two papers can be presented.
4. If there are more than two papers, to be presented the registration fee is computed as One Full Registration + [No. of papers -2]/2
5. The papers with ‘No Show’ in the conference will exclude submission to IEEE Xplore and the Conference proceedings

Submission of IEEE Copyright
The IEEE Copyright should be submitted.  Instructions will be sent after acceptance of the manuscript.
