You are requested to pay the registration fees and fill the form using the explara portal. You need to chose IEEE Member category, if you are a IEEE member or Non-IEEE Member Category.
You need to submit the IEEE membership number of 2024 to avail the IEEE membership discounted registration fee.
IEEE will not be responsible for excess payments, wrong payments, duplicate payments and other server issues.
All the authors, who paid the registration fees will be informed next steps.
You should prepare the Camera-Ready Paper and you need to sign the Copy Rights to IEEE as per the norms of IEEE Conference procedures.
Author names will not be added/modified/changed at this stage. If any author changed his organization, his/her affiliation can be changed with producing the necessary documents.

Time allowed for presentation : 10 minutes + Q&A 2 minutes.
Camera Ready Papers should be ready by 9-November-2024
Camera Ready papers should comply 100% with https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/ templates.html. If your paper does not comply 100% with the templates, your paper will not be sent to IEEExplore for consideration
All manuscripts, for which the registration fees paid and presented in the Conference during 2-3 November 2024 at Visakhapatnam, will only be sent to IEEExplore for consideration. All other manuscripts will not appear in conference proceedings. No virtual presentation are allowed.
Only authors, whose affiliations are in abroad, can request for virtual presentations.

(a) The authors are requested to prepare the Camera-Ready paper strictly as per the guidelines of https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Any deviations in format will disqualify for presentation. Your Camera-Ready paper should be in one single file in pdf format with file name as below:

(Example: If your paper ID is 5, your Camera-Ready paper pdf file name should be ICISSGT_005.PDF, If your paper ID is 54, Your Camera-Ready paper file name should be ICISSGT_054.PDF and if your paper ID is 158, the Camera-Ready paper file name should be ICISSGT_158.PDF)

(b) A detailed mail with the comments from the reviewers will be sent to the corresponding authors.

(c) Plagiarism check will be done for all the Camera-Ready papers too.

(d) We will submit IEEExplore, all the papers registered and presented in the conference after plagiarism checks. IEEExplore will check the quality of the manuscript before publishing.

(e) You will have to sign “Copy Right Form” as per IEEE guidelines

(g) If any one of the authors of the manuscript are in the prohibited authors list available at https://www.ieee.org/publications/rights/cross-check-portal.html#prohibited-authors-list-(pal)-database , the manuscript will be removed from the conference proceedings.
