ICISSGT 2026 (IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Smart, and Green Technologies 2026)
When the papers will be appear in indexed related websites ? Papers, which are presented in the Conference will be allowed to sent to IEEExplore before February 25, 2026. Thereafter IEEE verifies for quality check and similarity Check once again. All such papers will be placed in IEEExplore. Thereafter citation indexing may take two months time. While all our prior ICISSGT conference proceedings have been indexed in citation databases, the inclusion of all submitted manuscripts in such databases is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of the respective indexing services.
What if one paper is accepted and registration paid but not presented Such papers are called NO SHOW papers and will not go to proceedings and IEEExplore
Competitive Acceptance: Only less than 20% of submitted papers are accepted, meaning the conference has a rigorous selection process, ensuring that only high-quality research is presented.
Status of existing papers: New Papers will be accepted using the link https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICISSGT2025 up to 27-November-2025. You can see the schedule at https://r10.ieee.org/vizagbay/dates/. Papers already submitted using CMT will be in process of similarity check, review process. We can not share the similarity reports with authors.
Status of Acceptance:Papers status i.e acceptance or rejection will be informed all the authors (available through CMT portal) on 25-December-2025
Please note that any changes to the author information — including Change in the name of any author, Reordering of authors, Addition or removal of authors, spelling corrections, Rephrasing or modification of author names, affiliation changes will not be permitted after the manuscript submission deadline. Authorship Declaration Requirement (Deadline: 27 November 2025) All submissions must explicitly declare full author names and institutional affiliations on or before at either (a) directly within the CMT submission portal or (b) Clearly within the manuscript document itself. This policy is non-negotiable. In cases where the manuscript lacks author and affiliation details, only those listed in the CMT portal as of 27 November 2025 will be officially recognized as contributors. No appeals will be entertained.

Registration: Authors will be guided about the process after acceptance notification is issued. However, you can see the details at https://r10.ieee.org/vizagbay/registration-2/. If there are more than two papers by the same author, to be presented in person the registration fee is computed as One Full Registration + [No. of papers -2]/2. If you are presenting papers in person physically the registration fee discount will be extended. Virtual presentations need to be registered for every paper with full registration fee. There will not be any discounted registration fee for virtual presenters. All student registrations should be in person only. Student authors will not be permitted to present virtually.

Number of Manuscripts limit for one author: There is no restriction on the number of manuscripts that may be submitted by a single author or a group of authors. Nevertheless, each manuscript will undergo the same processing procedure.
Participation Certificate: An individual has to register in one of the category shown at https://r10.ieee.org/vizagbay/registration-2/ to get participation Certificate. Virtual Participants will NOT get participation certificate. However they will be given Presentation certificate, after they fulfill the formalities after registration process is completed. Participation/Presentation certificates will be issued only after the conference is completed.
