The key objective of the R-STEP is to provide innovative technical training sessions for higher secondary students who live in the rural outskirts of Kerala. We focus on the underprivileged students who have comparatively lesser opportunities for exploring technical knowledge. With the R-STEP, they will receive hands-on training sessions lead by professional experts in Competitive Coding, Arduino, Internet of Things (IoT) and Web Development. Each Selected student will have access to the training sessions in all the mentioned domains and they will be provided with STEM training kits and related resources. In addition, expert talks will be delivered to the students, and they will be mentored constantly even after completing the program. The R-STEP could be the beginning of a technical revolution in Kerala in nurturing highly skilled and passionate engineers for the future.
