Challenges Faced by Women in Leadership Roles and their Role in STEM conducted by IEEE SB CEA in collaboration with IEEE EdSoc Kerala Chapter on 8th march, 2024 at College of Engineering Adoor.

The speakers were renowned members of IEEE community. Dr Bindu GR (Vice Chair, IEEE Education Society Kerala Chapter) Saranya VS ( Packaged App Development Associate at Accenture, Web Activities Chair at IEEE Edsoc at Kerala Chapter) Irene Elsa george (Chair IEEE SB CEA-2023 and IEEE Kerala SectionOutstanding Humanitarian Student Volunteer Award 2023 Recipient) Were the main speakers.
Jesty A reji (Chair WIE AG ,SB CEA)was the moderator and major supporter of the event. The event mainly focused on the challenges faced by women in leadership roles and encouraged them to come forward. It also discussed the role played by women in STEM field.
