e-KITES, a flagship event of the IEEE Education Society Kerala Chapter, aims to aid undergraduate engineering students build the necessary attitude and skills required to crack interviews. This one-of-a-kind initiative realizes this vision through a hybrid approach, wherein experts from the industry offer insights into the intricacies of the recruitment process. This includes sessions on preparing for interviews, creating a strong resume, offline mock interviews at NITC and the like.
