Upcoming Signature Event | IEEE WIE International Leadership Summit 2022

The IEEE WIE International Leadership Summit (ILS), which was established with the aim of encouraging, involving, and advancing women in technology, whether they work in business, academia, or government, The goal of the summit is to give participants the chance to build communities that foster innovation, knowledge sharing, and support through intensely interactive sessions created to encourage conversation and collaboration. For women in mid and senior-level positions, IEEE WIE ILS focuses on offering cutting-edge professional development.

Chairman's Message

Chair, IEEE Lahore Section

I welcome you all to the IEEE Lahore Section. As you may know, the IEEE was established back in 1884 in the USA. Currently, it has around 4,00,000 members around the world, with more than 50% of its membership outside the USA. Worldwide IEEE is divided into 10 geographic regions. We are in Region 10 (R 10). R 10 is further divided into 60 Sections, with three in Pakistan, namely, Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad Sections. The Lahore Section is one of the oldest in the region, it was established in 1968.
