Registration Policy

1. To be published in the ICARES 2026 Conference Proceedings, a minimum of one author from each accepted paper MUST register.
2. One registration for one paper only.
3. Authors MAY be registered at the MAPIN rate if the registrant is a Member with a valid Member ID. In this case, the copy of the Member ID SHOULD be sent to the register (contact) via e-mail.
4. Authors MAY be registered at the Student rate if the registrant is a student with a valid student ID. In this case, the copy of the student ID SHOULD be sent to the register (contact) via e-mail.
5. No cancellations/refunds will be accepted after 19 October 2026.

• The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
