To ensure the orderly conduct, security, and effective management of the conference sessions, all participants are required to comply with the official Zoom display name policy as outlined below. This policy is enforced throughout all plenary and breakout sessions.
Authorized Zoom Display Name Formats
Organizing Committee
Format: Committee_(Full Name)
Example: Committee_Irun
Keynote Speaker
Format: No specific format required
Technical Program Committee (TPC) Reviewer
Format: TPC_(Full Name)
Example: TPC_Irun
Institutional Guest (Lecturers and Staff of TUP)
Format: Guest_TUP
Presenter Naming Convention
Format:[Track Code][Day]-[Presentation Order]_[Full Name]_PRESENTER

Where:

Track Code denotes the conference track (e.g., R = Remote Sensing, E = Electronics, G = Geo Science)

Virtual Background Requirement
To maintain a consistent and professional visual standard during the conference, all presenters and committee members are strongly required to use the official conference virtual background.

Participants are advised to download and set the virtual background prior to joining the Zoom sessions.
