Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the entire universe. I wish you all stay healthy and in a well-being condition.

We have successfully passed on the year 2022, and now are entering to 2023. During the past, despite of the pandemic, the J-Chapter have done several activities, mostly through the on-line mode, except the ICARES 2022 which were conducted through the hybrid one. Before I will talk on the 2023 activities, let me share with the members on what I thought regarding the on-line mode of communications. The system was so effective in facilitating the activities implementation. It turned out that communications between parties, coordination among peers, and networking with people, are remarkably so easy, with less costs. This experience may change the way we are doing our professional and social activities in the future, with or without pandemics. Cooperation among colleagues and partners can be done wherever and whomever they would be, be it an R&D, manufacturing project, or just throwing out ideas. With this in mind, literally we can enhance the scope, scale and quality of our activities.

In developing our 2023 Chapter Program we are considering four major benefits that the members may acquire: a) technical training for new technology, b) standardizations governing the upgrowing technology, c) industrial session for aerospace systems, d) conference for disseminating new results in GRS/AES.
