A full day workshop in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) is organised by IEEE Women in Engineering and sponsored by the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society. This event promises a dynamic platform for students and researchers to
present their work, receive feedback, and engage with experts.

Theme: Career Path to Net Zero in ITS

The workshop brings together pioneers from academia and industry to showcase diverse efforts towards achieving Net Zero within the realm of Intelligent Transportation Systems. It also features a panel discussion on career development in ITS, where seasoned professionals will share insights and guidance.

Submission Guidelines:

We invite you to submit your posters (size A1), spotlighting your projects, research, and innovations aligned with the theme of ITS. Authors of accepted posters will present in person at the workshop in Beijing University of Post and Telecom (BUPT).
Accepted posters will be printed and displayed by the organisers.

Awards and Travel Support:

There are three prizes of $180, $100, and $50 for the first, second, and third best posters, respectively. Limited local travel expense support is available for poster presenters upon advance request via email: [email protected].
