2023 IEEE Women in Engineering China Leadership Summit (2023 IEEE WIE CLS) is an international conference hosted by IEEE China Council, IEEE China Representative Office, IEEE WIE Beijing Affinity Group, IEEE PCCC WIP, Chinese Society of Image and Graphics Women Science and Technology Workers Committee, Ladies Who Tech, and IEEE WIE Shanghai Affinity Group. In the context of globalization and innovative development, women have become an important force in promoting political, cultural, economic, and educational progress. They are at the forefront of the industry, demonstrating to the world their relaxed and disciplined leadership skills, proactive work abilities, and passion for exploring the future.
Introduction
This year, is the 5th IEEE Women in Engineering China Leadership Summit. The summit aims to bring together leaders, innovators, and experts from various sectors to engage in thoughtful discussions and exchange ideas that will shape the future of “Awakening, Growth, Integration, Innovation”. This year’s summit will focus on frontier and hot topics in technology, including digital economy, sustainable development, artificial intelligence, metaverse, chips, and so on. World-renowned experts, scholars, entrepreneurs will meet at the Summit to exchange views and discuss the future of sci-tech innovation and women’s development.
