ABOUT IEEE MARSCON 2026

IEEE International Conference on Microwave, Antennas, RF and Sensors (MARSCON) is a premier international conference organized by IEEE Antennas and Propagation & Microwave Theory and Techniques Societies (APS-MTTS) Joint Bangladesh Chapter and technically co-sponsored by IEEE Bangladesh Section.

This high-profile event will serve as a global platform for researchers, industry professionals, academicians, and innovators in the domains of microwave, antennas, radio frequency (RF), sensors, and related technologies to present their latest research, exchange ideas, and foster collaborations. IEEE MARSCON 2026 will be held in Bangladesh and will feature a rich technical program including oral and poster sessions, special sessions, keynote/plenary/invited talks, workshops, and tutorials.

IEEE MARSCON 2026 aims to be a catalyst for advancing innovation in electromagnetics, RF systems, 5G/6G communications, radar, satellite technologies, RFID, IoT devices, and sensor applications, contributing to both regional and international scientific growth.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INITIAL PAPER SUBMISSION:

Respected authors are kindly invited to submit original papers (4-6 pages PDF version following IEEE double-column template) to MARSCON 2026 through our Online Paper Submission System. All submitted papers should contain original, unpublished results, experimental or theoretical. A paper will appear in the proceedings if at least one of the authors of the accepted paper registers before the registration deadline. Presenting the accepted paper is a prerequisite for appearing in the IEEE Xplore. Paper submission link is: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IEEEMARSCON2026

PAPER SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT 

Submitted papers should satisfy the criteria listed below and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

1. Paper template: The paper submission template (IEEE double-column) can be found at: Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings (The link will lead to – https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html).
2. Paper length: 4 to 6 pages (including all figures, tables, and references)
   *For papers exceeding 6 pages, extra page charge of 100$ per page will be imposed on the authors.
3. Allowable file size: 2 MB
4. Paper submission: Submit your paper (pdf version only) through our online paper submission system.
5. Paper Size: US Letter or A4.
6. Fonts: Embed all fonts in your PDF file. Type 3 fonts are not allowed.
7. File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf)
8. Blinded Paper Type: At this stage, the authors SHOULD NOT include their names, affiliations, postal addresses, and email addresses in the paper. Blinded manuscript submission is a must for the review process.
9. Plagiarism, Multiple Submissions, Prior submissions and AI usage policies: MARSCON 2026 will strictly follow IEEE policies for plagiarism, multiple/ prior submissions and AI usage. Please check the details in the following link:

INITIAL PAPER SUBMISSION

1. Paper should be submitted to Microsoft CMT(The link will lead to – https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com) with your login ID.
2. If you do not have a login ID, please Register (The link will lead to – https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/User/Register) to create Microsoft CMT login ID. Paper submission link is: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IEEEMARSCON2026
3. The corresponding author should click on the “Create New Submission”. Please fill up all the necessary information including Title, Abstract, Collaborators/Co-authors, Subject Areas and the full paper in their respective field.
4. To add collaborators/coauthors, please use “Enter email to add new author” field. It is recommended that all co-authors open their respective CMT Accounts before submission.
5. Before submitting, always check “Instructions for Initial Paper Submission” for paper preparations.
6. Make sure to re-check before confirming initial submission.
7. Avoid multiple submissions for one paper tittle. Edit where necessary before initial paper submission deadline ends.

CAMERA READY SUBMISSION GUIDELINE 

Final Documents Submission and Registration Deadline: 29 July 2026

To ensure your accepted paper is included in the conference proceedings and submitted to the IEEE Xplore digital library, at least one author must complete the registration, pay the appropriate fee, submit the electronic IEEE copyright form, upload the camera-ready manuscript, and present the paper according to the schedule.

Important Notice: IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (including exclusion from IEEE Xplore) if the submission does not meet IEEE standards for scope and/or quality. Articles excluded from distribution will be archived by IEEE but will not be indexed.

Please carefully follow the 6 steps below to finalize your submission.

STEP 1: Final Camera-Ready Paper Preparation

Address Reviewer Comments: Carefully revise your manuscript according to the reviewers’ feedback and thoroughly proofread it to correct all grammatical errors and typos.

Formatting and Template: Format your paper using the standard IEEE conference templates.

Author Details: Include all author names, affiliations, postal addresses, and email addresses in the final manuscript.

Page Limit: 4 to 6 pages (strictly enforced; papers cannot exceed 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references).

Paper Size: US Letter or A4 format.

File Size: Maximum allowable size is 5 MB.

Language and Security: The paper must be written in English, contain no password protection, and have all fonts embedded.

Plagiarism Policy: Similarity reports must be below 30%. Papers exceeding a 30% similarity index will not be processed.

Header and Footer Requirements: You must insert the following conference name header and appropriate copyright notice footer ONLY on the first page of your paper:

STEP 2: IEEE Xplore Compatibility Verification

Your final PDF must be certified as IEEE Xplore compatible using IEEE PDF eXpress.

Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress Website. First-time users must create a new account.

Log in using the Conference ID: 68779X, your email, and your password.

Upload your source file for conversion.

Download the verified, IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF sent to your email.

File Naming:

Rename the certified PDF as PID.pdf (e.g., 128.pdf).

Save a copy of the PDF eXpress compliance confirmation message and rename it as PID_express.pdf (e.g., 128_express.pdf).

STEP 3: Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) Submission

Log in to your CMT Author Portal.

Click “Submit IEEE Copyright Form” in the “Actions” column.

Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the eCF process. The signed PDF document will be generated automatically.

Download a copy of this copyright form, rename it as PID_copyright.pdf (e.g., 128_copyright.pdf), and upload it to the IEEE Copyright Form Submission page and SAVE. Note: Electronic submission is mandatory; physical forms are not accepted.

STEP 4: Camera-Ready Submission via CMT

Log in to the Microsoft CMT Author Portal.

In the “Actions” column of your Author Console, click “Create Camera Ready Submission”.

Upload a ZIP file containing the followings (Rename as PID.zip) –

• PDF eXpress passed camera-ready final paper (Rename as PID.pdf)
• PDF eXpress pass confirmation email’s pdf (Rename as PID_express.pdf)
• IEEE Copyright Form (Rename as PID_copyright.pdf)
• Abstract of the paper (Download Abstract Submission Format) (Rename as PID_Abstract.pdf)
• Applicable only for Online Attendees: A video presentation of 8 minutes, file size less than 70 MB (Rename as PID_Video.mp4)

STEP 5: Paper Presentation

Registered papers must be presented during the conference technical sessions (13-14 August 2026). The official presentation schedule and explicit presentation guidelines will be published on the conference website soon.
