IEEE Vizag Bay Section

Proposals for organizing Workshops to be co-located with ICISSGT-2027.  Workshops can have different lengths ranging from three hours to six hours.

Content and Format
We welcome workshop proposals on topics within the scope of ICISSGT-2027, emerging research areas and applications, multi-discipline topics, and other miscellaneous topics that are well suited to the flexibility that a tutorial format provides and that are expected to be of interest to a significant proportion of ICISSGT-2026 attendees. Workshops may consist of any subset of invited talks, discussion panels, and other activities that the tutorial organizers would like to propose. The rooms provided for the tutorial will have capacities ranging from 30 to 60.

Submission Instructions
Submit a single PDF document containing the following:

(1) Tutorial Title
(2) Names and contact information for main organizers
(3) Brief description of Workshop topic
(4) Brief motivation of why the workshop would be beneficial
(5) Desired length of the Workshop
(6) Description of proposed workshop activities
(7) Tentative list of Program Committee members and
(8) Summary of any related workshop held in the past, including explicitly indicating whether this is a continuation of past workshop.

Selection Criteria
Workshops will be selected based on which ones the committee expects to be most valuable for ICISSGT attendees. Our goal is to have a diverse set of interesting and timely tutorials that are well run and productive events.
