REGISTRATION:

1. Every accepted paper must be presented at the conference either physically or virtually.
2. Each accepted paper must have at least one Full Registration (either IEEE Member or Non-IEEE Member). A Student Member registration alone is not sufficient. If this requirement is not met, the paper will be removed from the conference proceedings and will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
3. Only papers that are both accepted and presented will be considered for publication in IEEE Xplore, provided they also satisfy IEEE’s quality and technical standards.
4. One Full Registration covers up to two papers. A single full registration holder can present a maximum of two papers.
5. For in-person presentations, if you are presenting one or two papers yourself, you only need one Full Registration, and the conference offers this discounted arrangement.
6. For virtual presentations, each paper requires its own Full Registration. No registration discount is available for virtual presenters.
7. If a paper is accepted but not presented (“No Show”), it will not be included in the conference proceedings submitted to IEEE Xplore.
8. When using the one registration for two papers benefit, the same registered author must present both papers.
9. The discounted registration cannot be shared. Two different authors cannot use one Full Registration to present one paper each. The single registered author must present both papers.
10. Submission of IEEE Copyright  The IEEE Copyright should be submitted.  Instructions will be sent after acceptance of the manuscript.
