Abstract: An industry perspective on the development of base stations will be shared in this talk. After an overview of the application scenarios and development history of base station antennas, current industry challenges will be discussed. Then, the technology trends of the next-generation base stations will be presented. Finally, several new directions of antenna technologies will be introduced for future research.
