Abstract:

This talk about various work experiences in NTT, including software development work, project management, commercializing new technologies and work at venture enterprises, etc. Students may be considering whether to become researchers or businessmen in the future. The curiosity cultivated through research activities will be useful whether you become a researcher, a businessman, or an entrepreneur.

Biography:

Kimi Nishimura Graduated from Seikei High School in Tokyo in 1987, followed by obtaining a Master’s Degree from the Department of Geophysics at Tohoku University in 1994. Served as a Research Fellow at Tohoku University Graduate School of Information Sciences from 2011 to 2014. Possesses diverse work experience at NTT since 1994 and recently ventured into entrepreneurship with a side business venture (MachikadoDigikatsu).
