IEEE Power & Energy Society Nepal Chapter since its establishment has been conducting activities to uplift the research and practices in electrical power and energy sector. The International conference on Sustainable Power and Energy Systems 2026 is a step forward and 5th edition of its flagship conference on “Role of Energy for Sustainable Social Development (RESSD)”. The conference would provide a common platform for researchers, academicians and practitioners from Universities, Industries as well as Government organizations to disseminate their knowledge and findings for the sustainability of the electrical power and energy sector. Authors are welcome to submit their original research findings for the following conference tracks (but not limited to) with focus on electrical power & energy sector development.

Papers submitted should be minimum of 4 pages and not more than 6 pages, in IEEE conference paper format.
