Abstract:
This talk gives an overview of different types of analytics that enable intelligent digital solutions for assets in the field. Diagnostic analytics will be discussed in more detail; different techniques and metrics used for diagnostics will be presented. Different aspects of diagnostics of engineering systems and approaches commonly employed in such systems along with a few examples will be presented.
Bio:
Dr.Gopinadh Sirigineedi has over 13 years of experience in research and development of fault diagnostics & prognostics, and autonomous systems. Working in Eaton’s R&D group he has led several fault diagnostics technology development projects for several Eaton business groups such as hydraulics, electrical and aerospace. Prior to joining Eaton, he worked as post-doctoral researcher at Boeing Cranfield Integrated Vehicle Health Management (IVHM) Centre, UK. Gopinadh has a PhD from Cranfield University, UK, with research focus in the areas of autonomous systems and formal verification. He has a master’s degree in systems engineering in aerospace from IIT Bombay, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical & electronics engineering from Andhra University.
