Advancement in technology will always continue in every sector of our economy.

IEEE EdSoc Kerala Chapter in association with IEEE PES SBC CET conducted a Workshop on Technology Awareness for Women. The five-session long workshop was handled by five faculty experts from CET. It dealt with the modes of generation, transmission and distribution of electricity; electrical safety; common electrical appliances used at home; and an awareness session on using computers and smartphones effectively.

The three day event from the 20th to 22nd of February, conducted at CET Trivandrum, was a standout success which will help them reap benefits with the shared knowledge and awareness about modern appliances and technology.
