As IEEE Karachi Section has to hold next year INMIC.  The deadline for Proposal Submission is November 10, 2017.  Because we will review all of the proposals for INMIC 2018 in our next ExCom Meeting to be held on November 15, 2017 at PAF-KIET, Karachi Main Campus during the conference (INTELLECT 2017) Day 1.  We need to see following things in your proposal:

1. Conference Dates and Number of Days
2. Expected Acceptance Rate and Number of Papers
3. Organizing Committee having IEEE Members
4. Infrastructure Details [Hostel, guest house, transportation, etc.]
5. Past IEEE Conference experience and reconciliation
   
6. Past HEC Conference Funding Experience
7. Expected Budget Details
8. Detail Income including Registrations, Sponsors, Host Support, HEC Support
9. Expected Sponsors and their amounts
   
10. Detail Expenses including Guest Room Charges, Transportation Costing, etc.
11. IEEE Student Branch Status in 2017 and 2018 expectations
12. Any other thing you want to add
