The IEEE Sarawak Subsection in collaboration with the IEEE Region 10, IEEE Malaysia Section and the Swinburne University of Technology, Sarawak will be organizing the 8th IEEE Region 10 Humanitarian Technology Conference (R10HTC2020) from 1 – 3 December 2020 at Kuching, Malaysia, a city on the island of Borneo.

The IEEE Region 10 Humanitarian Technology Conference (R10HTC2020) is the premier annual cross disciplinary conference that provides a common platform for engineers, technologists, scientists, investors, representatives from NGOs, governments, academia and the industry to discuss recent advances in Humanitarian Technologies. This year, the conference is hosted with the theme “Digital Ecosystem for Humanity” which promotes discussions and presentations from the fields of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Computing & IT, Security, Disaster Management, Smart Cities & Villages, Industrial Revolution 4.0, Digital Commerce, Education, Healthcare and relevant areas of research.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts in the respective field.

Accepted papers will be published in IEEE R10 HTC 2020 Conference Proceedings, which are expected to be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Scopus.
