Research and Design of High-Speed and High-Density Crosstalk Cancellation Receivers

Abstract: With the ever-growing demand for high-bandwidth interconnects in data centers, single-ended signaling has attracted considerable attention due to its high pin efficiency. However, the severe crosstalk it introduces has become a critical bottleneck limiting both data rate and energy efficiency. This talk will focus on the research of a high-speed, high-density crosstalk cancellation (XTC) receiver, aiming to break through the technical limitations of single-ended transmission.
Biography: 钟立平,广东工业大学特聘副教授,从事高速模拟/射频集成电路设计,主要包括:高速有线接口集成电路和射频集成电路。在国际主流会议/期刊上发表20余篇高水平学术论文,包括JSSC / TCAS-I / ISSCC / VLSI / ESSCIRC / ASSCC / CICC 等,担任IEEE JSSC,IEEE TCAS-I, IEEE TSP, IEEE SSCL, IEEE TCAS-II,IEEE ISCAS等国际期刊会议审稿人。曾获2024-2025年度IEEE固态电路协会博士生成就奖。主持广东省重点领域研发计划子课题,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点领域研发计划等。
