The Chapter of Electron Devices Society was formed with Prof. Radhey S Gupta, SMIEEE as its Interim Chairman on January 30, 2007. Subsequently in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of April 29, 2007 under the leadership of Prof. Radhey S Gupta an Executive Committee of 6 Members assumed the office. As decided in the Chapter AGM of February 03, 2024, Prof. Manoj Saxena, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, University of Delhi, New Delhi took over as Chairperson.
