Bio: Dr. Avirup Dasgupta received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in 2018 He also worked as the manager of the Berkeley Device Modeling Center and as a postdoctoral scholar in the BSIM group at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of California Berkeley His research interest involves the analysis, modeling, and design of semiconductor devices to develop compact models He is co-developer of the industry standards BSIM BULK, BSIM ING, BSIM CMG, BSIM SOI, ASM HEMT, and IITK RPTM models He is the author and co-author of about 63 research articles in the journals and conferences of international repute
