Supply Chain Network

Logistics is the backbone of the country and there remains an abundance of challenges to strengthen the supply chain efficiently.

The major challenges faced in this sector are transport cost reduction, business process improvement, enhancing customer service, technology advancements, and the need for sustainable solutions. The current situation demands the current logistics and supply chain to be more resilient by boosting flexibility, gaining end-to-end visibility, improving disruption management, and adopting data-driven viable solutions.

Automation systems, shipment tracking systems, usage of data analytics for enhancing customer experience have become the need of the hour. Moreover, supply chain optimization challenges like inventory optimization, capacity planning strategy, digital transformation, omnichannel, and demand-supply planning process are major obstacles in strengthening the supply chain.

Addressing the aforementioned issues will provide multiple dimensions of logistics performance enabling decision-makers to gain tremendous competitive and business advantages.
