IEEE Computer Society Chapter, Bhubaneswar Section Makes Strong Impact at 2nd IEEE IES Industry Conclave (ETIIA 2026)

Bhubaneswar, 21 March 2026: The IEEE Computer Society (CS) Chapter, Bhubaneswar Section played a highly active and visible role in the 2nd IEEE IES Industry Conclave on Emerging Technologies Influencing Industry Applications (ETIIA 2026) held at Lemon Tree Premier, Bhubaneswar.

Sri Hare Krishna Ratha, Advisor, IEEE Bhubaneswar Section and Chair, IEEE CS Chapter, Bhubaneswar Section, moderated the high-profile Panel II – “AI in Manufacturing, Defense and Health”. The panel witnessed vibrant discussions on AI’s transformative role across sectors and its alignment with the national vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 and Viksit Odisha 2036.

In addition to the Chair, the following Executive Committee members of the IEEE CS Chapter participated actively and contributed significantly to the success of the conclave:

A large number of IEEE CS professional members and student members from various institutes actively participated, adding energy and enthusiasm to the event. Their involvement in technical sessions, networking, and volunteering reflected the strong collaborative spirit of the Chapter.

The IEEE CS Chapter expresses its sincere gratitude to the IEEE Bhubaneswar Section and the Industrial Electronics Society (IES) Chapter for entrusting multiple responsibilities to CS members and for providing this excellent platform. This successful association further strengthens the synergy between the two chapters and reinforces IEEE’s commitment to bridging academia and industry in Odisha.
