ResGenXAI 2025 – First IEEE Conference at CUTM Bhubaneswar
The International Conference on Responsible, Generative, and Explainable AI (ResGenXAI 2025), an IEEE-sponsored event, was held at Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM), Bhubaneswar campus from 10–12 September 2025. This marked the first IEEE conference hosted by CUTM at its Bhubaneswar campus.
Shri Hare Krishna Ratha, Advisor, IEEE Bhubaneswar Section and Chair, IEEE Computer Society Chapter, attended the inaugural function as Guest of Honor, along with other eminent dignitaries. The conference had strong association with the IEEE CS Chapter, with Dr. Sujata Chakravarthy, Vice Chair (Student Activities), CS Chapter, serving as the General Chair of the Conference.
The inaugural function was graced by distinguished dignitaries including:
- Prof. Sankar K Pal, National Science Chair, SERB & President, Indian Statistical Institute
- Prof. Supriya Pattanayak, Vice Chancellor, CUTM, Odisha
- Shri Ashok Kumar Tripathi, Former Director General, Central Power Research Institute (CPRI)

The event provided a vibrant platform for researchers, industry leaders, and academicians to exchange ideas on responsible, generative, and explainable AI, while strengthening collaboration between CUTM and IEEE CS Chapter, Bhubaneswar Section.
