The International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies (ICAIET 2025), technically co-sponsored by IEEE, was successfully organized by the School of Computer Science & Engineering, XIM University, Bhubaneswar, from 28th to 30th August 2025.

The conference brought together eminent personalities, including Dr. Ashutosh Dutta (IEEE Fellow, Johns Hopkins University, USA), Dr. Prashant Mohapatra (IEEE Fellow, University of South Florida, USA), Fr. Antony R. Uvari, S.J. (Vice-Chancellor, XIM University), Prof. Ganapati Panda (Eminent Academician), along with distinguished researchers, academicians, and students from across the globe.

Our Chapter proudly acknowledges the active participation of IEEE Computer Society professional members and student members, who played a key role in the success of this international event. Volunteers from the IEEE Student Branch and IEEE Computer Society Student Branch Chapter at XIM University contributed with great enthusiasm in managing sessions, supporting delegates, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the conference.

The event also witnessed the presence of Shri Hare Krishna Ratha, Advisor, IEEE Bhubaneswar Section and Chair, IEEE Computer Society Chapter, Bhubaneswar Section, as the Guest of Honor at the inaugural session. Also, Dr Devendra Kumar Yadav, Member (Membership Drive) of IEEE Computer Society Chapter, Bhubaneswar was acting as the Technical Program chair of ICAIET.

The Computer Society Chapter extends sincere appreciation to all its professional and student volunteers for their commitment and teamwork, which truly demonstrated the collaborative spirit of IEEE. Their efforts not only enriched ICAIET 2025 but also reinforced the Chapter’s mission to encourage research, innovation, and professional development in the region.
