Opportunities for women are predicted to increase and broaden in the future in a variety of contexts. More opportunities are becoming available for women to seek careers, leadership positions, and entrepreneurial endeavors as society continues to value their valuable contributions. More and more women are pursing.

STEM education and training are advancing in politics and business, two fields that have historically been controlled

On March 25 at 8 p.m. (BD local time), two sessions were held on the topic of what opportunities will

be available for women in the future. There were 62 participants, from them 56 were IEEE members.

The Keynote-speaker was Celia Shahnaz, Professor EEE, BUET,2023-24 Chair of IEEE WIE

She told us about the IEEE Women’s in Engineering.

The Panel-speakers was Esmat Ara Sarkar, Technology Financial Management (Deputy Director), Technology Financial Management,Technology,Banlalink and Farha Tanjeem,General Manager,senior HR Business Partner Grameenphone LTD,Vice-Chair IEEE WIE Affinity group (IEEE Bangladesh Section),Ms. Ashfia Binte Habib,Senior Lecturer,ECE Department,Assistant Proctor North South university,Secretary,IEEE Women in Engineering Affinity Group Bangladesh Section,Branch Counselor (IEEE NSU STUDENT BRANCH).The Panel-Speakers share about the workplace,internship,job sectors for the engineers. From this session, the participants got a clear picture of the job sector, which will help them set their goals. These session were very informative and inspirational.
