BMSCE is honoured to host IEEE PES Student Congress. As is the case with most things these days, we are taking Student Congress to virtual heights. We bring to you an array of events from workshop to ideathon and everything in between. Over the course of three days- 28th, 29th and 30th of August we seek to provide a platform to exchange knowledge and technology and connect with student chapters spanning throughout the country.

EVENTS
KEYNOTE
A keynote in public speaking is a talk that establishes a main underlying theme. … Keynote speakers are often selected to raise interest in a particular event, such as a conference or large meeting sponsored by a corporation or association, and draw attendees to attend that program.
PANEL DISCUSSION
A panel discussion, or simply a panel, involves a group of people gathered to discuss a topic in front of an audience, typically at scientific, business, or academic conferences, fan conventions, and on television shows.
IDEATHON
A brainstorming event where participants throw in their ideas on the stated problem statements and use innovative thinking to define the solution. The problem statements will be defined under a specific theme which facilitates the participants to analyse it in a proper direction.
WORKSHOP
This workshop will help participants become better storytellers, building their presentation skills and drawing out engagement and enthusiasm they never knew existed. The highly interactive session will help explore what stories are, how they work, and how making them relatable for a successful business.
STUDENT CHAPTER REPORTS
Student Chapter reports help us gain an insight into innovative ideas and gives us a fresh perspective on the various membership initiatives being used. We invite the chapters to present their annual report and display the work of their execom over the year.
INTERACTIVE QUIZ
A fun virtual quiz which aims to connect student members across the states. From presidents to spiders, this mind sport is here to keep you on your toes! Crack this general trivia with the aid of your fast thought processing. A perfect get-away from the stress of technical events, an opportunity to awaken the hidden knowledge.
