Annual General Meeting was conducted for all IEEE members. Advisor Dr. Shefali Jagwani conducted the meeting and informed me about some of the achievements of IEEE PELS IES SBC NMIT for the year 2022. Dr. Pavana Prabhu proposed the slate committee members. Dr. Singaravelan and Dr. Premila approved the same. The new office bearers for the year 2023 were given the responsibility of giving them badges by HoD. Dr.Parmeshachari sir told the importance of IEEE/IES/PELS. The vote of thanks was given by Dr. Singaravelen. The slate committee was proposed and approved. Total no.of Participants: 30

On the 23rd of March, a meeting was held to introduce the upcoming events to the students of IEEE PELS and IES. The meeting was attended by 30 students, along with the event organizers and other members of the organizations including the chapter advisor, chair, vice chair, secretary and treasurer, and Overview of Events. During the meeting, the event organizers provided an overview of the upcoming events, including their dates, times, and locations. All the office bearers and chapter advisors discussed the action items required of the students to participate in each event. This included registration, volunteer sign-ups, and participation guidelines. Feedback were collected from IEEE members apart from office bearers. It is decided to hold meetings every Thursday at noon. In conclusion, the meeting was successful in providing the students with a clear understanding of the upcoming events and the action items required to participate. The meeting provided an opportunity for students to ask questions and clarify any concerns they had about the events. The office bearers will continue to communicate with the students leading up to each event to ensure their participation and success. Total no.of Participants: 51

Industrial Visit KPTCL Receiving Power Station
The EEE forum of ASE organized an industrial visit to a 400/220kV transmission station where the transmission station supplies power to 50% of Bangalore city. Upon arrival, the students were greeted by the station manager and were given a brief overview of the station's operations and the importance of the transmission station in the power grid system. The station manager explained that the station receives electricity from various generating stations and then distributes it to different parts of the city through a network of transmission lines.
