Industrial Visit KPTCL Receiving Power Station

The EEE forum of ASE organized an industrial visit to a 400/220kV transmission station where the transmission station supplies power to 50% of Bangalore city. Upon arrival, the students were greeted by the station manager and were given a brief overview of the station's operations and the importance of the transmission station in the power grid system. The station manager explained that the station receives electricity from various generating stations and then distributes it to different parts of the city through a network of transmission lines. MS Teams

A hybrid program that offers 2hours of hands-on experience on every weekend, allowing students to learn the fundamentals of electronics from scratch. By the end of which, students will have the knowledge and skills to build their own electronic prototypes and solve real-time problems. Total no. of Participants: 36
